This application is the first step to get disability services and supports through Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC). We know that service systems can feel overwhelming, so our team is here to help you every step of the way. If you have questions about the process or timing please visit our How It Works page.
Once we get your application, an Intake Worker will call you to discuss next steps. GGRC can also help you complete your application and intake in your preferred language.
