A Pathway for Families to Access Regional Center Services for Children with Developmental Delays for any child less than 3 years old.

Use these tools to help assess your child:

If YES:

(Please provide minimum information, Intake processing may take 1 to 4 weeks)

Minimum information consists of: child’s name, date of birth, parent(s) name, contact phone number, description of delay/concern, insurance information and primary language spoken.

While you are waiting to hear from your GGRC Service Coordinator, if your child has private health insurance, please use the health insurance brochure to gather information that may be needed.

This may help speed up the entire process.

A Service Coordinator will contact you to determine the appropriate interdisciplinary determination team (IDT) members to assess a child based on family concern/areas of delay

If NO:

Continue to monitor your child by rescreening regularly and rechecking child’s milestones.
