Welcome!

The Self-Determination Program (SDP) is a different way GGRC can help you receive the services and supports that you need to live an independent life.

SDP is open to all GGRC individuals who are three years old and older. Individuals who live in a licensed long-term health facility or developmental center are also eligible if they plan to move out within 90 days. In the Self-Determination Program, you can buy different services, not just those through the regional center.

Most importantly, the focus of the Self-Determination Program is YOU. You determine where you go and who you spend your time with. If you want to change your services to be able to do what you want, ask your social worker how SDP can help you to be more active in your life.

Please feel free to reach out to us if we can help answer any questions about SDP. We're here to help.
